New Haven reprints absentee ballots to fix error

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) — New Haven has reprinted absentee ballots after a ballot question demanded by peace activists was omitted.

City aldermen approved a referendum in June calling on Congress to reduce military spending and transfer money to civilian production such as rebuilding public works. Officials responded to lobbying by New Haven's Peace Commission.

The New Haven Register reports that the referendum was not included on absentee ballots, which were delayed as state Republicans successfully challenged the order of candidates on ballots in Connecticut.

Sally Brown, New Haven's assistant clerk says absentee ballots were reprinted and mailed at 1 p.m. Friday.

In Ohio they already have actually charged a few people with voter fraud - voting twice. In addition, they have 70 other cases of voter fraud being pursued. The Democrats argue and win with activist Democrat judges that requiring IDs is voter suppression - no intelligent person would believe that as you need an ID for so many things. You're right to not trust the Democrats - they are leading to this countries demise as a welfare state and dictatorship!
New Haven hmm I received an absentee ballot so maybe I'll get another one. I'll let you know. Can't imagine that there wouldn't be safeguards in this situation to prevent fraud but I definately don't trust Democrats lately.
So if you get two Absentee Ballots then you can vote twice?? It's evident with the really dumb voter ID arguments, early voting, and statements from Democrats like Destefano that they want illegals (in the Democrat Sanctuary cities like Bridgeport and Hartford) to vote. This is another example of how the Democrats want to accomplish this. The Democrats are trying to cancel the legitimate CT taxpayers votes any way they can - their best way is by handing out entitlements and brainwashing college kids. Like the President they are dishonest and desperate for more power..
