Ex-President Clinton to lead rally for Murphy

WATERBURY, Conn. (AP) — Former President Bill Clinton is headlining a rally for Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Chris Murphy in Waterbury.

The Sunday afternoon event was originally planned for an outdoor park but was moved to the Palace Theater because of the approach of Hurricane Sandy.

Murphy has represented Connecticut's 5th Congressional District since 2007. He is locked in a tight race with Republican Linda McMahon for the seat being vacated by retiring Sen. Joe Lieberman.

McMahon is holding a "Job Creators for Linda" rally on Sunday in Watertown. She is expected to be joined by Sheila Bair, the former chairwoman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.

You know that the Democrats are in trouble when they bring the heavy hitters like Billy Willy "I did nit have sex with that woman" Clinton to help another corrupt politician like Chris Murphy win an election. Here we are a week away from the elections and the Democrats are hitting the PANIC button because they can't defeat Linda, and even though the DNC has gone full throttle on Linda hitting her with a bunch of lies, they still need to bring in Willie Clinton, I'm surprised that they didn't bring in OBUMMER, but it is still a little early yet. GO LINDA GO! let's defeat these career politicians and get our government back to the people and not the corrupt incompetent idiots we have governing now.
