MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Former President Bill Clinton will be campaigning on Thursday in the heart of Republican territory.
President Barack Obama's campaign announced Wednesday that Clinton will be campaigning in Waukesha, a Milwaukee suburb and longtime Republican stronghold.
Clinton's appearance there comes after he's speaking Wednesday night in Eau Claire.
It also comes at the same time that Obama will be appearing in Green Bay. The president is scheduled to make a stop at the Green Bay airport, marking his return to the campaign trail following the East Coast hurricane.
Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan is campaigning throughout Wisconsin on Wednesday as well. And Vice President Joe Biden is scheduled to be in Beloit and Superior on Friday.
